September 10th, 2007ASL Day Twenty-Two Photos
September 10th, 2007Last day of the shoot!
Director of Photography Ryan Walters sets up for a POV shot with James Sullivan as “Stranger”.
Deanna Gilbert doubles as the dog wrangler for “Buster” while the Humane Society representative (background) keeps him safe from Tyler Stephens.
What a better cameo for an Assistant Director than a golf club wielding neighbor who helps scare off a would-be abductor. Talk about type-casting.

Crew sets up the next shot on the banks of the Willamette River.
The bad kids hang by the river.
The bad kids call it a wrap (L to R): Jaimie Brown, Kelsey Jensen, Teresa Decher, Robert Calkins, Teirra Valentine, Aaron Larsen, Mary Nelson.
Ales Teraghi as “Jordan”.
Director Devon Lyon thanks crew for all their hard work on ASL over the past 22 days.

September 10th, 2007
By Day 19 we’d thought we’d heard every possible noise disrupt the shoot…until the paving crew pulled up a mere 50 feet from the apartment we were shooting in.
Director Devon Lyon gives Spencer Conway his specific mark for his scene with Katie O’Grady.
Katie Atikinson applies make-up to “Libby” to cut down on her sheen.
A Tyler Stephens soundman first: the baby doll noggin’ mic.
The caption possibilities for this photo are endless, here are several, feel free to craft your own:
1. Director Devon Lyon learns what happens when you hire an actor with improv training.
2. Spencer Conway takes the scene in an unexpected direction.
3. Er, Spencer, we’re not filming THAT movie.
Warning: Do not mix crew with props. Another “Make Your Own Caption” moment.
An anxious “Lisa” waits for “Julian” to get off the computer as she comforts “Libby”.

ASL Day Eighteen Photos
September 5th, 2007Day 18 was all about “Mitch”, played by Dwight Slade. We covered all of his story lines and Dwight did a great job. So did the three women with which he shared the screen!
“Mitch” sneaks out and takes some cash on his way. “Apartment Chick”, Sarah Delamarter, sleeps through the whole thing.
Dwight Slade and Sarah Delamarter. Sarah delivered a great performance in a second, emotional scene.

Director of Photography Ryan Walters plans the next shot.
“Mitch” and “Pretty Young Thing”, Megan Keller.
In the late afternoon we shifted to the “Cozzzy Inn”…no that isn’t a typo!
Director Devon Lyon walks Katie O’Grady (”Lisa”) through the next shot.
