The example above is a basic composite built from two still photos, a storm cloud video plate, a particle generated flock of birds, a particle generated snow (different types for background, middle ground and foreground) as well as a particle emitter for the smoke coming from the cabin’s chimney.  This was just a fun test as we enjoy building stylized comps both for entertainment and for projects.

We enjoyed working with Jake on this video.  Shot on two locations over one 8 hour shoot day.  Talk about “break-neck” pace!  The single is a very heartfelt song Jake wrote for his girlfriend Maggie.  The single was recently included in KINK FM radio’s best of the year CD.
